RECENT cases heard in the magistrates' court from the Poole area:
CLAIRE LOUISE CLARK aged 32 of Knoll Lane, Corfe Mullen, Poole. Admitted between 26/07/2008 and 28/08/2008, and between 31/07/2010 and 01/07/2011, and between 01/10/2006 and 29/02/2008 dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to income support, namely that she was in receipt of an income. Also admitted failing to notify the Borough of Poole of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing benefit and council tax benefit, namely that she was in receipt of an income. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months.
DANIEL ALEXANDER CLARKE aged 28 of Blandford Road, Poole. Admitted being drunk in charge of a child under seven years at Blandford Road, Poole on 02/08/2014. Community order made to participate in the Education Training and Employment requirement for 10 days. Also to participate in the Thinking Skills programme for 19 days. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs £45.
