TWO historic aircrafts due to fly out of Bournemouth Airport this morning have been delayed.
The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight’s Lancaster and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum Lancaster, which it touring with the BBMF this summer, were due to depart at 11.15am.
A spokesman for the airport said due to a technical fault the flights have been delayed.
They are now expected to take off at 4pm.
The two aircrafts are the only remaining airworthy Lancaster bombers.
They were due to fly together at the Bournemouth Air Festival but the Canadian craft broke down shortly before the display.
