POLICE say they are ‘increasingly concerned’ for the welfare of a missing Dorchester woman.
Dorchester Police have issued a picture of Mrs Davis, 66, who went missing from her home in the county town late last night.
A spokesman for the police said: “We are currently looking for 66 year old, Joan Davis who has gone missing from her Dorchester home address. She was last seen late last night and we are increasingly concerned for her welfare.
“It is believed she left her home address on foot and we are currently unsure what she is wearing.”
He added: “We are asking the public to call us if she is seen or if anyone has any information as to the whereabouts of Joan.”
Anyone with information should call Dorset police on 101 quoting incident number I21:121.
