TRADE and investment minister Lord Livingston will visit Bournemouth during Export Week, which runs from November 10-14.
He will speak at a Spotlight on Latin America event on Wednesday, November 12 at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel.
The event, organised by UKTI Trade and Investment (UKTI) and Business West, will encourage the businesses to explore export opportunities in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
Before the event, he will meet with Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), Dorset Chamber of Commerce and local businesses.
Russell Jones, UKTI regional director, said: “This event will be an interactive and thought-provoking seminar which will provide delegates with a sound understanding of each market and show how businesses can successfully export to the exciting region of Latin America.”
Lorna Gibbons, director of Dorset LEP, said: “We welcome Lord Livingston’s visit and very much look forward to highlighting what Dorset can offer for international trade and commerce. We strongly encourage businesses and enterprises in Dorset to make the most of this brilliant week”.
