DOZENS of police officers were involved in a pursuit after a vehicle 'failed to stop' for officers last night.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing up to 10 police vehicles at the LV roundabout in Poole around 11pm on Wednesday evening.
Another person said officers stopped both lanes of the Wessex Way in Bournemouth, after the Kings Park exit heading towards Springbourne as well.
The police helicopter was also involved.

A spokesperson for Dorset Police confirmed a pursuit had taken place after a vehicle had failed to stop.
A force spokesperson said: "Police carried out a pursuit - along with the police helicopter - last night, Wednesday 21 May 2015, at approximately 10.30pm in East Dorset after reports of alleged dangerous driving.
"The vehicle, a Black Ford Focus, was pursued on roads through Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole before it was abandoned.
Police were also seen in Branksome at the Poole Retail Park roundabout.
Other motorists were seen being stopped by officers.
