A BOURNEMOUTH lock-up is set to go under the hammer.
The leasehold garage at Talbot Court, at 640 Wimborne Road, is among 22 of the latest lots on sale by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
The guide price is £4,000-£5,000.
Rob Marchant, auctioneer, said: "Lock-up garages tend to attract keen bidding interest in our sales. This one has a peppercorn ground rent on a 125-year lease, making storage or parking affordable for people who don't have a garage with their own house."
Also under the hammer is a two-bedroom ground floor flat at 9 Cavendish Place, Bournemouth, with a leasehold guide of £120,000-125,000.
Starting at 11am, the auction, featuring 146 lots in all, takes place at the Ageas Bowl, near Eastleigh, on Friday, September 18.
