Committed to prison for three weeks consecutive to offence three. Also admits to failing to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates on 15/7/16 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 1/7/16. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence during suspended sentence order made by Weymouth Magistrates on 27/5/16 for the breach of criminal behaviour order and two theft offences. In respect of the suspended sentence of imprisonment of seven weeks suspended for eight months for the breach of criminal behaviour order now implemented. In respect of the suspended sentence of imprisonment of two weeks suspended for eight months for the first theft offence now implemented. In respect of the suspended sentence of imprisonment of two weeks suspended for eight months for second theft offence now implemented. Overall length of sentence ten weeks. To pay £115 victim surcharge.
