Swanage pub up for sale for just £150,000 - Take a look inside

Located in Swanage High Street the Black Swan is listed on Rightmove for £150,000.

Pubs in England and Wales have had a hard time of it in the last couple of decades, with record numbers closing.

BBC News reported back in July this year that the number of pubs fell to 39,970 which is 7,000 less than the number open in 2012.

On its Rightmove page it says the Black Swan is considered to be "one of the best public houses in the area" and that it has a good seasonal trade.

The building is "believed to be Grade II Listed" and alongside the bar area has living areas comprising of six bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first and second floors.

Additionally it has an outside beer garden with plenty of tables and chairs, a "secluded walled garden", beamed ceiling, flagstone floors and two bars with log fires.

The outside area can seat up to 56 people, and each of the bar areas can fit 26.

Extra features include a fully-equipped kitchen, large store room, woodshed, and a utility/laundry/store room.
