These pictures – each taken from old postcards – show Bournemouth as it was 100 years ago.
Although the images may not have been snapped in 1923, each postcard had been postmarked with a stamp from that year.
The pictures range from the Metropole Hotel in the Lansdowne, to Bournemouth Beach – or Bournemouth Sands, as it was often called back then.
