WIMBORNE’S popular Save the Children parade returns next month.
Taking place at 2.15pm on Saturday, December 9, the parade will set off from the coach park at the far end of the Allenview Road Car Park.
It will then exit into Allenview Road, turn left into Hanham Road and right into Rowlands Hill and Lewens Lane to round Rodways Corner, back to Park Lane and continue as in previous years along East Street, King Street, West Street and into the Square by the Kings Head.
It will then travel down the High Street before turning right and dispersing in King Street.
There will also be plenty going on in The Square throughout the day all in aid of the Save the Children Fund.
