A EUROVISION star is set to surprise Christmas shoppers in Bournemouth today in his bid for Christmas number one.
Sam Ryder, who soared to fame after finishing second at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest with his song ‘Space Man’, will busk for punters at the Alpine Bar in Bournemouth town centre.
Announcing his plans on social media, he is set to perform at around 7pm this evening, December 20.
He previously excited shoppers at the Westgate in Oxford and outside The Oracle in Reading as he bids to reach number one at Christmas.
Earlier today, Sam performed in London at Westfield White City and in Portsmouth at the Cascades shopping centre.
His festive song You’re Christmas To Me is up against Wham’s classic Last Christmas to reach the sought after spot for Christmas Day.
