I HAVE lived in many towns and cities in the UK and around the world. Six years ago I was delighted to relocate to Bournemouth.

In this time the social decline of the area has been disastrous.

The sheer amount of crack-heads and drunks roaming or collapsed on the streets is staggering. Many public carparks are no-go areas. A short walk across the centre of town at night guarantees the approach of multiple aggressive druggies demanding money.

It's a disgrace.

For me this has come to a head when my fiancé had to step around a group of eight addicts smoking crack to return at trolley at Asda.

I question what effective action is being taken to tackle this problem that has ruined the town and will likely destroy our tourist economy in the near future.
