WATFORD could face a five-figure fine for their vehement protests towards referee Michael Oliver at Cherries last Saturday.
The charges relate to Hornets players surrounding the match official after he awarded Cherries an 82nd-minute penalty in the 1-1 Premier League draw.
The spot-kick, taken by striker Glenn Murray, was saved by Heurelho Gomes.
Under the FA's Standard Penalty system, Watford could end up paying a fine of £20,000 should they be found guilty.
The Hertfordshire club has refused to comment on the charge according the Watford Observer and have until 6pm on Monday to respond to the FA.
