BOSS Eddie Howe has urged Cherries to make the most of every game as he bids to steer his side to Premier League safety.

The Vitality Stadium outfit have secured an encouraging haul of 20 points from their past 12 games and are currently 15th in the standings.

Cherries take on title-chasing Arsenal on Sunday (1.30pm) before hosting Stoke and travelling to Watford later this month.

And Howe has underlined the importance of keeping the points tally ticking over as the season heads towards its business end.

He said: "We want to pick up points in all of our games. What you don't want to do is leave yourself a run at the end of the season where you are scrambling for points and you don't have enough games to get those points.

"The games around this time of year come thick and fast and we want to maximise every one.

"The Premier League is such a difficult league to be consistent in and that's the challenge for everybody.

"It is very easy to go on a losing run. In the blink of an eye you can go from being in really good form to struggling for points.

"We have been a victim of that ourselves this season and I think that comes down to the strength of the league."
