A RUN of five bogeys in six holes saw Ladies European Tour rookie Georgia Hall slip down the standings at the Turkish Open.

The Bournemouth golfer had been ninth overnight but carded a third round of four-over at Carya Golf Club in Belek today.

Former Curtis Cup ace Hall, who is based in Kinson, cancelled out a dropped shot at the fourth with a birdie on six but she then carded four bogeys in a row.

A gain at the 11th was quickly wiped out by a bogey five at the next hole.

That round saw the Parkstone-attached star, who recently turned 19, move to one-over for the tournament and slip to tied-26th.

Hall, who relinquished her amateur status in July last year, ended up 12 shots behind leader Melissa Reid at the end of play as she remained in contention for a sizeable payday.

Reid retained her lead at the top of the standings despite a double bogey at the 12th, the English player rallying with a birdie on 17 to finish one-over for the day.

Meanwhile, Brokenhurst Manor golfer Liz Young, who trains at Parley Golf Centre, remained in the top 20 courtesy of a one-under round of 72.

The 32-year-old made three birdies on the back nine which more than wiped out bogeys at the fourth and 15th.
