FERNDOWN'S Hayley Davis has turned professional and will participate in the forthcoming LPGA Tour Qualifying School.
Davis, 22, has signed up with Los Angeles-based management company Yee and Dubin Sports, which also represents NFL star Tom Brady and coach Sean Payton as well as many golfers on professional tours.
Having finished joint fourth in the opening stage of LPGA Tour, Davis makes her professional debut in Florida on Thursday, October 22.
Davis said: "Thank you everyone for all of your support, there are so many people that have helped me to make it this far!
"I am excited for this next stage in my golf career and cannot wait to start competing as a professional next week at the second stage of LPGA qualifying school."
